Skill Requirements

  • Must be knowledgeable in the oilfield, construction, pipeline safety, facility turnarounds, and shutdowns.·
  • Ability to prospect from cold to generate new leads and client accounts with procurement, consultants, and project planners.
  • Fluent in the ability to use and capitalize on the effectiveness of utilizing CRM tools
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Provide proposals, estimates, and tenders to the supervisor
  • Achieve sales goals and targets set forth by management
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and ambassador of our brand.
  • Persistent and tenacious attitude with phenomenal follow-up skills.
  • Strong computer skills – MS Office, database management, ability to navigate through and articulate/read blueprints.
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision, problem-solver, forward thinker, and wants to thrive both personally and professionally

Job Duties

  • Running pre-set leads, following up on new leads and referrals, networking, and cold calling.
  • Meeting with potential clients and contractors particularly in the Oilfield and Industrial segment.
  • Sales Presentations and ongoing personal development pertaining to product knowledge and product enhancements/developments
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with current customers and potential customers
  • Preparing client tenders, requests for proposals, and requests for quotes
  • Stay current in product developments, techniques, strategies and present potential opportunities to the Sales Manager.
  • Attend site visits to aid and follow up to ensure the accuracy of the application.
  • Drive sales performance, meet and exceed sales quotas/business targets
  • Willing to travel
